We've just had a Daiken heat pump installed in our home. The system was installed just before the current cold snap and everything is working great. We'd like to say thank you to Tristan, Josh and Cody. The crew was polite, informative and worked well together as a team to ensure everything was up and running before the cold weather hit.

Really happy with my experience with Exchangenergy. We have used them twice now, once for a repair and once for an installation. All the people I dealt with were very friendly and helpful and although they are very busy, their service has been top notch. They were able to fix a problem with a heat pump that made another company leave in frustration and refuse to come back. Exchange did it with a very pleasant and helpful attitude.
The installation was done on time and they took great care in cleaning up and protecting our property. We have dealt with a lot of trades lately with house renovations and they were by far the most conscientious of our property and working around our needs. Their pricing is also very competitive, make sure you get a quote from them.

Tristan, Stephen, and Cody all did a fantastic job in hooking us up with a brand new heat pump and air blower system just as winter arrived and our decades old system began to fail.
Now I'm toasty warm and saving more money on power by having switched to a more efficient system. It's really neat that it can all be controlled through an app on my phone as well! We're loving our new daikin heat pump from Exchangeenergy!
