Fairly priced, fast & professional. I got multiple quotes to replace a large, damaged bay window before choosing First Response, and FR was the most competitively priced. The gentlemen who showed up were courteous, clean and did the job very quickly. I would recommend.

I have retained these folks a number of times for both personal and strata glass repairs. I have always found them to be very professional and skilled in their work. They have a corporate culture that is truly “customer service” in nature, in that they seriously listen to and address questions and concerns. On all occasions they provided up front quotations that were honoured in final invoicing. I have no hesitation in recommending them for building glass replacements and repairs.

We were a bus of Grade 11 students visiting Victoria and as we were prepared to leave our housing parking lot, a gardener’s weed trimmer shot a rock out and shattered our glass door. The specialized replacement glass wasn’t available that day but the great people at First Response Glass fixed us up so we could travel back home to the mainland. Thanks for caring for us so quickly and kindly. People in Victoria, there is no other place to get your glass needs repaired.
