Francis Jewellers is absolutely fantastic - there's no one I trust more with our family heirlooms. I have had several family rings redesigned and with Karen and Rafal's incredible insight, talent and experience, I now have some amazing legacy rings for my daughters. Karen and Rafal have always been helpful and patient while going through the process of ideas and design and I can't say enough about how positive my experiences are with them! Customer service, integrity and quality are exactly what you can expect when you go there - so happy to work with them and look forward to many years of seeing them again with more projects!

This is an excellent jeweller's. Rafal did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing an engagement ring that had lost a stone, and was very helpful in assessing and in some cases buying items we were ready to get rid of. Good people to do business with, highly recommend!
Rafal and his team at Francis designed my wedding band and engagement ring from my Husbands scribble sketch. It is a gorgeous ring and I cannot imagine any other ring. Their attention to detail is phenomenal and the customer service is amazing. When I went in to design my husbands wedding band, I originally came in with a design in my head and when I discussed my design ideas to Rafal, he (thankfully) convinced me out of the original design because it was impractical and busy. Together, Rafal helped me design a new ring and I am so much happier with the design! I cannot imagine any other design and my Husband is in love with his ring. Highly recommend Francis Jewellers. They provide phenomenal service and can take your ideas and turn it into reality. Very knowledgable and kind people!

I got my fiancée's engagement ring made here and was very happy from start to finish. Emma was very helpful in answering the questions I had and keeping me updated on their progress. Rafal and co. did a fabulous job with. ring itself and matched it to the reference images I provided. They also deserve props for rushing the job to ensure the ring was completed before my deadline. We are both very satisfied with the end result!
