The staff are very unwelcoming, untalkative, un expressive, and don't even say a word to you unless it's a simple speech for check out. Always seem like mindless angry zombies with no personality... half the time they don't even know what I'm collecting.. it's kinda weird
As for the shop itself, I love all the anime stuff, it's great
There is this one guy though that is staff, he was amazing!! Whoever you were, you were very welcoming, talkative, helpful, and super nice. You connected with me and asked about what I was buying because we had similar interest. We had a good laugh and discussed fave arcs and characters etc (you know who you are if you read this) The kindness, care, and positive friendly attitude goes along way. The store needs more people like you. Customer service ain't hard when people actually care. (Saturday Jan 25th 11am ish) you rock. Ive been going in alot and this was the first better experience. Thank you my man

The three staff were absolutely hopeless and unprofessional. I think they’ve spent far too much time gaming, as they all seemed like zombies, devoid of any warmth, personality or social skills. They took forever to find the game titles that I wanted, as all of their stock was completely unorganised. But it gets worse: After patiently waiting for the incompetent staff to find the games I wanted, I finally purchased them along with a new PS5 system. I am disabled, and after paying, I discovered that the four games wouldn’t fit in the basket on my walker, as it was full with the big PS5 box, leaving the four games all loose with nowhere to put them, and they would have continually fallen off the walker seat. I asked for a small bag for the games, and who I assumed to be the manager, looked me square in the eye and said: “That’ll be $2.37”. I replied by saying: “You mean after I just spent over $800.00 here, you can’t provide me with a little plastic bag???” He said that No, it was “inventory”, and that if he didn’t charge me, it would come out of his own pocket.” Wow, just…….WOW! Such greedy, petty small-mindedness, and at Christmas time to a disabled person! I ran my own business for 28 years, so I was stunned at such terrible, tight-fisted service. I will never set foot in this place again.

Best spot to buy gaming gear by miles. Got a discount on an Xbox controller for black Friday, and they offer a $10 warranty where it can be returned if damaged within 1 year - amazing value. Mary was amazing, found the exact controller I wanted and explained how the warranty worked. Much better experience than at best buy!

Return policy is shady. Even though on the receipt it says you can exchange within 15 days. The only exchange they would allow is if I sold them my brand new game at half price.
