Poor customer service. Went to the Hillside mall location yesterday. The bars had a tag all over saying buy 5 get on free but the worker declined the price saying those labels are there as a mistake and then shifted his focus to the next customer.

Rita at this location was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked into the store she greated me while still helping the customer she was with. After she finished up with them she came right over and did what ever she could to help. I didn't have much experience in what they sell so having her there to guide me through what I needed was amazing. She asked the right questions, made sure I was getting what I was looking for.
At one point she even brought out a little hand made sheet that detailed what the best products/price/ingredients would be the most value. She went above and beyond over and over again.
This isn't so much a review for GNC but for Rita one of the employees.
Rita you rock! Thanks again!

Amy is an absolute gem. Super personable and knowledgeable. Lots of competition out there, but good staff keeps loyal customers coming back. Also glad that GNC didn't completely disappear..

Came in for probiotics and protein. Didn't really know what I was looking for and Amy was so helpful and spent so much time with me ensuring I purchased the right products. I really appreciated her knowledge and advice. Will definitely be back!

Looks more like a strange pop-up shop with KG bags of protein and a jar of spirulina on the shelves.
Meh. Unremarkable.

Rita at this location was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked into the store she greated me while still helping the customer she was with.
