Really impressed with this location! Visiting Victoria for the first time and glad there was a nice GoodLife to go to.
We came before the mall opened, parked in the underground lot, went up the parkade elevator to level 1 (inside the mall), then switched elevators to one that goes up to 4th floor where the gym is. It’s easy to find up there. Oh and free parking for 2 hours, just register your vehicle on the tablet at the GoodLife front desk.
The change rooms are across the hall from the gym entrance, a bit abnormal but totally fine since it’s locked, and the front desk staff buzz you in. And the change rooms were great, newer and cleaner than other locations I’ve seen before.
The front desk staff member Laurie was so nice, the nicest I’ve encountered at any GoodLife location, so shoutout to her for making everyone’s day brighter!

I have been a Goodlife member for 3 years now and really enjoy training here. The staff are great and the gym itself is very well equipped. Change rooms are great, could use a sauna though!

Im a Goodlife fan. Have been a member for many years and visit GoodLife gyms all over the country regularly. This is by far the worst location i have visited. The change room locker doors are a delaminated and make it look old and gross. Also they don’t seem to heat it. Might just be drafty from the exterior wall of frosted glass but i expect they do ot to appease the local population in there nonsensical wasted efforts in combating climate change. It was too cold for me to want to use the showers I didn’t want to get sick. In fact i was so chilled all i wanted to do was hope into the sauna after i changed to my gym attire. However no sauna at this location of course. Probably think it will heat the planet around here. The operating hours are a pathetic joke even the city ran gyms have longer hours. Also in the morning there is only one entry you can get in and no signs or anything indicating this, you just have to keep trying until you find the entry. If i had joined goodlife in Victoria i would have thought it was the worst outfit out there. Its too bad because other locations do soooo much better and i would recommend every single one i have visited with the exception of this location.

I’ve been a member for 11+ years. The staff asked me to change my pass about 6-7 years ago to have unlimited guest privileges but paying a bit more, then this year they took that away from my membership. Terrible business practice.

Very friendly staff; great trainers; not a gym where people “show off” but a friendly community of regulars. Great place to get fit at any age, any size! Never too busy. Very clean. Awesome classes with very dynamic instructors. Free parking. (I wish there were posters asking/enforce people to use 1 machine at a time and not use machines as a seat to chill & do texting. )
