We cannot say enough about the Team at Waypoint. We've been very happy with Harbord for years, and with the recent move to joining Waypoint, the stellar service we receive has only gotten better, which we did not know was possible. They contacted us recently to suggest a way we could save a significant amount of money, and they were right. We had no idea. Karie, and Mike, and everyone on the Team made the process so smooth and Karie had endless patience for our gaffs as we navigated the process. We are so appreciative of all their help. If we could give them 6 stars we would. You won't regret getting Waypoint's input on your insurance needs.

We have had Heather Porcher of Waypoint Insurance Victoria (Fairfield) as our agent for a number of years. We return to her year after year; because besides selling insurance, Heather stands out as a person with integrity, who cares to get to know her clients. She invests her time into her job, and does the necessary research needed to find the more difficult-to-find coverage. This is a person who truly cares about the clients.

My experience was great and I got the best and probably the cheapest option for home insurance. Tracey Hale has been great assisting me in getting my home insurance policy. She was so accommodating and transaction went smoothly! Would recommend Waypoint and Tracey to friends!

The transition from Harbord to Waypoint insurance has been a difficult one. I had to walk away despite having home insurance from them for years. I found the Broker to be difficult to communicate with or return my messages in a timely fashion. While polite and positive, I found she spoke overtop of me, interrupted me and didn't give me a chance to ask questions about the significant change in pricing to my plan. I felt very "fast-talked" to. In addition, Harbord typically found me the cheapest quotes for insurance - I found the opposite with Waypoint. Suddenly I was quoted three times the amount for the same things we've always insured. Finally, when I asked to have my insurance cancelled by October 7th it took them until November 5th to let me know how much I was left owing on the account. By that time it had accrued interest, which was as a direct result of them not getting back to me with the information.
Even the statement date on the invoice is for October 25th indicating that it took them almost a full month to get back to me with my amount owing - then adding a month overdue charge.
I'm certainly glad I'm getting out now and thankful I don't have any claims to work through with them. I can't imagine the process would be timely or have my interests in mind. Buyer beware!
