I'm not normally one to leave reviews, but the staff at this office were so helpful, diligent and professional, I have to!
I had called around brokers for two days to try to get clear answers to a confusing autoplan question. Every other broker I spoke to was unwilling or unable to take the time to help.
At Waypoint, Cory went the extra mile to get me clear, accurate information, and then communicated the details of the situation and the necessary steps for my situation to her coworkers (Tyler and one other person whose name I didn't get -- sorry!), so that everyone on the Waypoint team had the information to help with my coverage.
The whole team was professional, kind, efficient, and diligent in both tracking down accurate information as well as communicating to follow through. Thank you! You turned a stressful situation around for me. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
