Pricing was great and shipping was free over $100 which is why I originally decided to order from Health Essentials but then my purchase was delivered 4 days after ordering and came with a sweet thank you note! It was great. Would definitely recommend.

This store has everything I could ever want from a health store. They even sell barefoot shoes, and not just the individual toe kind, but LEMS as well!
I believe we had one of the owners helping us and, though her name escapes me, she was just such a radiant human being who was super passionate and helpful. We even got a little sample goodie bag with our purchase, and that deodorant sample lasted me the entire duration of our West Coast adventure.
Loved this store, and wish there were places like this in Toronto, but glad to know they can ship to Toronto when I eventually need a new pair of barefoot shoes!

Love this place. Today’s bonus was “beef chips” and a peanut butter”butta” square.
Love the local products. Venison and Turkey sausages… yum! Plus my usual hook up with quality protein powder.

I went to Health Essentials to buy Lems and Vibram shoes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff was amazing—especially the girl who helped me. She was super knowledgeable and even wore the same shoes herself, which made her advice so much more helpful and genuine. I ended up buying three pairs, and I’ll definitely be buying every pair of shoes I need from here in the future. Highly recommend this store!

Great staff throughout the store always asking if I need a hand or something to find! I couldn't find the mitochondrial formula, but someone was right there seeing if I needed help. New front desk person was in training and she did great, excited to see them again when in next for LMNT salts and zinc. :)
