Stopped by the other day to get some probiotics and was really amazed at the selection of various products including groceries such as oats, fibre and other ingredients. Store was very bright and clean, nicely organized and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t feel like another number or rushed to do my shopping. I usually go to the Vitamin Shop but I think this will be my new go to place. Really enjoyed the experience shopping here. A+ great business. ☺️

This place is a fantastic vitamin shop! The staff are always well informed and incredibly kind! They have a wide range of vitamins and other items that promote a healthy lifestyle. I always make sure to come here when in need of a resupply.

I’ve visited House of Nutrition twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing due to the attitude of the staff.
The first time, I asked about “Debloat” gummies, which are natural supplements with ingredients like ginger and fennel to help with bloating. The employee responded with, “I don’t know where you would find something like that,” while giving me a strange look and offering no alternative suggestions. (For the record, the vitamin shop downtown carries them.)
On my second visit, I inquired about tallow, and another employee replied dismissively with, “What are people even using it for? It’s gonna cause cardiovascular problems.” Instead of offering a thoughtful explanation or suggestions, I was met with condescension.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I’d rather drive downtown for my supplements than deal with rude and unhelpful staff again. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

Great little shop with everything needed for general supplements! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they seem to have specialized supplements that I haven't seen elsewhere. Generally vegan friendly.

The herbal doctors here are so informative and really go out of their way to match you with the appropriate medicine. Jill is so amazing, made me feel comfortable right away and was so knowledgeable. The item I have purchased has already began to benefit my health. I will be back soon to explore other items!
