I purchased a new vehicle in August and used the insurance broker through the dealership which was HUB International. My insurance was up for renewal at the end of December but I had no reminders or prompts from HUB to renew. Nothing over phone, email or mail. I use Arthur Gallagher for all my other insurance needs and am used to getting updated when my insurance is coming up for renewal, and will be switching my car insurance back as they are reliable and helpful.

Thank you for your response, but I must clarify that your claim about calling me on December 20th is inaccurate. I’ve checked my phone records thoroughly, and there is no record of a call or voicemail from your company. I’m not sure who you contacted, but it certainly wasn’t me.
Furthermore, providing only one week’s notice to renew is completely inadequate. By comparison, Arthur Gallagher notifies their clients at least a month in advance through multiple channels, email, letters, and phone calls, which is far more professional and reliable. I’ve already renewed with them and am much happier with their service.
Switching to International Hub was a mistake, and I cannot recommend your company based on this experience.

insurance today. She was very patient with an elderly person who
is not computer "savvy", and helped me get the renewal completed.
I would recommend her to help me again, with not hesitation.
