Recently I spoke with Anna, inquiring about home insurance. She was unable to help with that type of insurance at the time but was straightforward about this and quick to glowingly recommend her coworkers. She then set me up to speak with a Claire who then referred us to Brittany. We got all of our information from Brittany. Even though she was home with a sick child, she took the time to call me and answer all of my questions within 30m of my email asking for a call. My overall experience so far with HUB in Duncan has been outstanding.

I came into Hub asking to only have the title transferred because I didn't have enough time to purchase insurance before my next errand closed. Anna offered to work on the title transfer and insurance while I finished my other errands and that it would be ready for me to sign when I got back. I was able to finish important business work and return to finish the insurance. It was fantastic service from a knowledgeable provider, I intend to return to hub international and Anna for all of my future automotive needs.

We see Brittany for our auto and home insurance and she takes such great care of us! She personally reminds us when our renewals are coming up and always looks to make sure we are getting the best provider and rate for our needs. She is friendly, personable, professional and prompt. I highly recommend going to Hub and specifically Brittany over any other insurance provider.
