So disappointed went there for a gift for my husband. Found some thing I liked and told the lady I would be back to pay for it tomorrow. She informed me that it would be best to put down a deposit. I asked her what people usually put down for a deposit she said, at least half So I put down $300. My husband and I later that day found something we liked at a different jeweller. I went back the next day And asked if I could get my deposit back. She then Flipped over a sign at the till that was not visible till she flipped it over. That said deposits are non-refundable. She told me she would give me an in-store credit. I was very reluctant And took the credit as I watched her write out the voucher she wrote down $200 instead 300$ I quickly corrected her She rolled her eyes, took the receipt from me said yes it does say 300. She proceeded to throw my receipt in the garbage and give me What she called an in-store credit. I feel totally Scammed by her. I will never return there again

We hired Huyen Jewellery to create a custom engagement ring for us using the diamond from my mother’s ring. I’m so happy with it! It’s better than I’d hoped for. Me and my fiance will be going back to Huyen for our future jewellery needs.
I asked about this dark shadow I saw… it turns out it was a reflection in the shiny gold rather than an imperfection. Im really grateful for these people and for their hard work and fair prices.

Had repairs done on two rings. Two months later, one of the stones had fallen out of one of them and I went in to inquire what could be done about this since preventing losing the stones was the reason for one of the repairs. I even had a stone with me hoping we could come to a compromise (something like I supply the stone, they set it in for nothing) and feeling like the stone shouldn't have fallen out this quickly when that was the reason one part of the work was done. But I was confronted with a total denial and told it wasn't the repair that was the problem but that I had 'broken' the stone. I'd only worn the ring a few times since the "repair" so I don't see how that could be the case but the bigger problem here was the attitude and total "not our fault" refusal to look at the possibility that we could have worked together to solve this. In the same conversation I was told that the band wants fixed incorrectly when that was also part of their work and, if it needed to be done another way they could have told me when I first took it in. Just a really bad approach to a customer that was more than prepared to fix everything properly when I first brought them in and was also looking for a solution not a denial of all responsibility.

My wife and walked into an empty store no other customers . The lady behind the counter was abrasive to be nice. After a few minutes another person came in and we were ignored. 2 other people came out the back to help this person. We were ignored completely. My wife and are are not flashy just regular people and not Starbuck flashy. My wife supports about 50k on 2 fingers and because of the way we were treated, definitely going eles where and you should too.
