The best decision I made for my first purchase was to seek Ira's professional help. Being new to real estate I was very nervous; Ira addressed my seemingly unending stream of questions with patience. Never did I feel pressured into any decision, in fact, Ira slowed me down when I was being too eager and irrational. I had a limited time window for viewing properties, Ira was very well organized and efficient in arranging viewings. He is also very knowledgeable regarding the state and management of various buildings in town, which helped saved a ton of time.
