I had my first appointment yesterday! The whole experience was exceptional. The receptionists are very pleasant an address you immediately. There is a beautiful waiting room. My appointment with Kris, the hygienist, was right on time - no waiting. She was so personable and had such good knowledge of what she was doing, taking time to explain everything. Her assistant was also very efficient! I met Dr. Orme for the first time who did a quick and thorough check of my mouth and then explained his recommendations. He was friendly and able to provide alternative options to addressing concerns. I am impressed with this practice philosophy! As this was our first appointment we met with the new patient "specialist" - my term - after our appointment - Amber is special! And she was able to answer all our questions. We are so glad to have found a dental home!
I recently moved to Port Angeles and needed to find a new dentist when one of my teeth started aching. I called a couple dentists and they weren't accepting new patients. I was getting desperate. Finally someone recommended Dr. Irwin and I was able to get in right away! First of all the building itself is beautiful inside and out. I felt like I was in a spa. The receptionist and other personnel greeting you are kind and professional. The dental assistants, hygienists and, of course, Dr. Irwin do everything to put you at ease, answer your questions clearly and, best of all, take care of your teeth (without pain). Be sure to ask about their Dental Plan.
Irwin Dental has always been excellent for me. I had an entire upper replacement with implants, various lower work (crown replacement, fills) cleanings. The team is great. I have never had a single thing to complain about.
Yesterday I reconnected with Lacey, my dental hygienist at Irwin Dental in Port Angeles. Lacey is gifted in what she does and I always have great confidence that I’m getting the best possible care each time I have an appointment with her! If achievement levels were granted in her profession, Lacey would be classified as: “Dental Hygienist Extraordinaire.”
Now I'm really looking forward to my future visits. My first appointment went very well. Dr. Irwin and his staff treated me with kindess and respect. I am impressed by their beautiful building and the up-to-date equipment. I'm new to Port Angeles and glad to have found Irwin Dental Center.
