I have used Jackie to help my family buy two homes and sell two homes in downtown Victoria and we keep coming back because she is easy to work with, an excellent communicator, and very sharp in advocating for us and getting deals closed. Buying and selling can be a nerve-wracking process and knowing we had Jackie in our corner was a huge relief and confidence boost. Jackie helped us buy a house when we had to move very quickly for a job opportunity. She went above and beyond finding us houses and was so knowledgeable about the different neighbourhoods, house issues to watch out for and the process of buying a house. We can’t recommend Jackie enough! She did last minute showings with us, took full weekends, answered calls and texts at all hours and worked around us coming from up island for showings. Jackie is so kind, efficient and really lovely to work with. She was great with our young kids and patient when plans changed. When we finally found our forever home she was genuinely excited for us and checked in to make sure we were settling in well. Jackie is the best realtor we have ever worked with hands down.

I engaged Jackie Adkins to help me sell my house and buy a condo apartment. She was recommended by a friend. Jackie was very professional in handling both transactions, the selling and the buying, under time constraints, in a well-informed and positive manner. I was most impressed with her “yes, we can do this” attitude. She kept on top of, and followed through on everything throughout the process and always kept me well informed about what was happening. Her liaison skills with other agents and my lawyer were excellent. Her advice and hard work proved to have been invaluable when both deals were completed.
