Jeff is a great communicator and sees finding the right home as a challenge that will be resolved! I enjoyed his constant humour, approachability and optimism. He also has lots of contacts and problem solving ideas. We’re often told not to trust realtors but this is as good as it gets.

Jeff is truly the ideal realtor - business savvy with a heart of gold. My husband and I came to Jeff for help when another realtor hadn't dealt honestly with us. Jeff saved the day and found our family a great home on the island in a very hot market. Jeff truly cares and does his utmost to guide his clients through BC's increasingly complicated real estate landscape. He offers fabulous advice when needed, but ensures clients are always in the driver's seat. He is also very transparent in all his dealings and explains real estate rules and terms in a way that's easy to understand. Jeff also goes out of his way to make sure his clients are taken care of. He often drove long distances to help us view properties that might work for us and did virtual showings for us when we couldn't be there in person. When we sold our property due to changing life circumstances, Jeff checked on our place every three days to make sure it stayed in good condition. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Cowichan Valley and beyond.

Jeff was so patient and thorough in the work he did for me. He went above and beyond, and would give honest opinions when needed. I think I've found the best house for me, thanks to his efforts. He also has a team of other professionals that he trusts for brokerage, inspection, and conveyancing. I am newer to the valley, and did not know anyone in these fields, so that was very helpful. I was so impressed with Jeff and everyone he suggested that I work with! Thanks again.

I can't put into words how much we have appreciated working with Jeff. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He was kind, patient, and thoughtful while we undertook buying a house with a small baby in tow, and made the process straightforward, unintimidating, and professional. He even held our baby while we viewed properties! We had absolute trust from day one that Jeff had our best interests at heart, and would help us reach our goal.
