Placing our trust in Kyle was the best choice we made after we decided to look for a home. Thank you Kyle, for doing such and amazing job for us! . Shortly after we listed our home with Kyle we had to leave town for pre-booked medical appointments. Needless to say, it made life very difficult for Kyle, as many times we were on the road and could not be reached at critical times when he needed an answer fast, and yet Kyle kept his cool, manned the fort, and brought us multiple offers! These offers came in one after the other, and Kyle was able to keep things together and, advise us as to the best route to take, even though we came close to missing deadlines either because we lost internet connection or could not receive time sensitive documents that needed signatures . Not only did Kyle sell our condo at the best market price in spite of all this, he continued to do open houses for us until the last offer became firm, but he also helped us to put in an offer on the home we wanted. Kyle also helped us with inspection appointments, and explained inspection terms that we didn’t fully understand. If you are looking for a realtor who is professional, ethical, kind, genuine, and someone who listens to your wants and needs, I would certainly recommend Kyle.
