Colin and the boys have been great mechanics for us and very thorough. What is a real shame is we have been trying to contact for over a week now, left multiple messages and phone calls with 0 response. We are now unfortunately moving on to a different shop due to feeling avoided. Would rather be told they don’t want to take on a problematic vehicle rather than being ghosted. I've had both cars serviced by Langford Parkway Automotive for the past number of years and have always been impressed by their excellent service. Recently, my drivers side window stopped working. I brought it in to be diagnosed and Colin advised that it was a blown fuse, which he replaced free of charge. The fuse blew again a week later and I brought it back. They found the problem and fixed it, again no charge! I highly recommend this business and Colin in particular.
Having had incredible service here, I recommended them to a buddy who was getting taken for a ride at his usual shop. He informed me he googled and found this place on his own, and received the same treatment as I did. So as my personal referral wasn’t useful in the end I thought I should leave a google review. These guys are an example of how to run a business. Cheers!
Had rear breaks done have absolutely 0 complaints. They were friendly in person and on the phone answered all my questions, had the vehicle done when they said they would, and the quot was more then the final price love that nobody likes an under estimator.
I rarely ever write a review. My first scheduled appointment to get my air conditioning fixed on my Van was the week of June 17th. They determined the problem ordered a part. I said it would be there within 3 days. Made an appointment for the following week showed up. Told me I had the wrong day. Called back 2 days later said the part had been lost. En route Called today, which was more than 2 weeks later and told me the part had still not arrived. The same part he said he had ordered from saskatchewan Two weeks ago. I told him I think you have terrible customer service.He said we're done.
