I came to the staff this week from another dentist that I’ve not been getting the best care from and I have to say I’ve never felt more welcome in a dental office than here. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, non judgmental and they genuinely care about you and your teeth. Dr. Arathi and Michelle made me feel so cared for and they helped me finally become pain free and really cared for me. I am so thankful I found this dental centre and can highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a family like environment. Thank you all so much!
Great experience! Very calm atmosphere. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and nice. I saw Dr Eric. He talked me through everything. Non judgemental, and really honest. Few weeks ago I phoned for an emergency situation, and they fit me in that day. Went for my new patient assessment today, and booked cleaning in a week. I have always super apprehensive about dentist day…. but Latoria Dental is more like visiting a friend 🦷🪥
Today was my first visit, I felt comfortable at this dental center.. I didn't feel I was judged by the state of my teeth, like my previous dental center. The office staff was efficient. I had Dr. Eric, and he explained the procedures in a way I understood, and from what I understand they'll work with your plans. Was happy no one made me feel bad about something that was my fault.
Michelle my hygienist is always so gentle with my sensitive teeth. She keeps the water at the perfect temperature and has been the only person to be able to use the ultrasonic scaler on me! She is such a lovely person!
What a little gem we have here in Colwood. From reception to my amazing hygienist to the "A" team, Dr. Arathi and Regan, I couldn't be more pleased. Competent, efficient, friendly and a wonderful, caring attitude.
