Marilyn helped us sell our Victoria condo, and was fantastic from start to finish. She found reasonably-priced quality contractors, purchased fixtures and other necessary items, and beautifully staged and photographed the place. We accepted an offer shortly after listing, and negotiated a price well above a very similar unit that sold just a few weeks later. Marilyn worked with us on the sale of one townhouse and the purchase of another in spring-summer 2024. She was fantastic on all aspects: advising, pricing, marketing, search, negotiating, and closing. On the 1st sale, she helped us stage the property, providing excellent advice on what to store and what to keep, then sharing her staging items and helping with the leg work! Her husband Dave the photographer shot beautiful photos and a video that was stunning. She then worked her network, held three open houses, and followed up with all realtors. When we got the offers, she was great in advising and negotiating to reach a successful close. For the 2nd purchase, she worked with us over more than a year showing properties tirelessly, sending market intelligence and reports, and working with other realtors.
