I can’t believe no one has mentioned this—such a great window view! Every time I step onto the balcony, I feel at peace, and my kitty loves it, too! The neighbours are friendly, and it’s a fantastic location near the Fairway supermarket and a large park. Living here makes it easy to build a healthy daily routine: mornings at Tims, lunch at a pizza spot, afternoons at a cafe, then grocery shopping, cooking, and evening walks. I’m especially grateful for Paul, the apartment manager. He’s a wonderful guy—funny, patient, and kind to everyone who needs assistance. I was new here, and I sometimes stressed over small issues. But Paul was always there, ready to help. He’s incredibly reliable. As I left, I felt so appreciative of all the good memories I had.
The building is next to a gorgeous green space, which is wonderful if you have pets! Loved living here, great memories, and big spacious units. The property manager, Paul, is very kind, helpful, and has a great sense of humour. It’s nice to know when you need a hand with things, he is very responsive, and gets things done. Thanks for being such a great property manager, Paul!
Well-managed, quiet, clean and affordable rental property (with a nice view too)! The building manager Joe is very professional when it comes to handling regular maintenance and service requests. Love this place!
