Mike is an outstanding real estate agent whose extensive experience in home inspection sets him apart. We met at an open house at the end of 2022. We were so impressed with his profound knowledge of housing development and amicable demeanour that we immediately decided to work with him to look for our first home in Canada. Mike Sharpe is an exceptional real estate agent. In Victoria, my boyfriend and I had separate condos units in the same building and after two years together we felt it wise to put our two strata fees toward a house. After perusing the websites, my guy happened on a listing that connected him with Mike. We met and viewed a few homes in Mill Bay and Cobble Hill. As a former home inspector, Mike was as engaged as we were when touring the houses. Diligent, displayed integrity, willing to travel, honest with his assessments and so personable, I knew he was a keeper! He is prompt, very responsive using all methods of communication and set us up with listings immediately. There was never any pressure to buy nor did we feel like our questions were ever a bother. In fact, Mike would reach out and give US updates. It was wonderful! Within a month, our condos were listed, sold, and a new home purchased. We used Mike's connections for our mortgage, notary, inspector and found all to be efficient, reasonably priced and just as passionate about their work. There was one place we were very interested in that Mike expressed concerns about. We followed his instinct and it proved to be solid.
