Hands down the best dental clinic i have ever been to. I get nervous about going to the dentist but all the staff there are so kind and gentle. Dr Tucker's calm and collected nature also translates to his work, he does a great job and is very thorough to explain what he is doing to make you feel safe and cared for. Chrissy at the front desk truly makes you feel like you are at home- she has a warm personality and takes the ease off having to be at the dentist while always getting you booked in efficiently during reception. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, at ease and cared for. The dental assistants are also all the most professional I've ever been treated act as professionally as doctors. All-around the best team in the city for dental care-- and trust me trust me i shopped around before finding them with little success. Would give 6 stars if i could. Thanks Moss Dental for finally making me and my subpar teeth feel cared for
Everything was great until it wasn’t. Both fillings on my bottom molars started to hurt a week after I had them done, and things got progressively worse over time. I was living remotely and not able to get back for after service until months later, and when I was able to get back I was informed (in a snarky manner, nonetheless - thanks Chrissy) I would need to pay again to have the problem looked at. I will not be going back, and recommend others to proceed with caution due to the shoddy after care available at this clinic.
Thank you to the staff here for helping my children overcome dental Fear and anxiety. I believe in this team. They are the most compassionate and welcoming environment. Im Not rich, not even a little.. so it was so wonderful to know they follow the fee guide and accepted my little family with open arms. Thank you again to the staff for helping us. We are recommending all of our family and friends to you. ❤️❤️
My teeth cleaning appointment was amazing! Jade was so lovely and a delight to go to, I am definitely going to be booking again. Thank you to the reception team also (Chrissy, Grace and Noelle who I was in contact with especially!) everyone is so communicative and friendly! :) Also their office looks fantastic, an amazing renovation job just done!!
This place is great! I was very nervous, but there was no need to be. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The staff are so nice and bubbly. The dentist is very kind, and very easy to understand. I would recommend this place to all my family, but my mother already has. 😎
