I visited Pacifica Dental in Victoria for a check up and cleaning. I was blown away by the wrap around view of Victoria and the mountains 🏔️. Even the entrance is beautiful, with sweeping views, a lovely waiting lounge and balcony. The staff is so welcoming and professional and appointment reminders were well-communicated. I was met by Alex, who attended to my X-rays and then Dr. Bogdan Coca, who gave me some insight as to the health of my teeth. 🌟 The real star is Nina, my new hygienist, who provided a superior clean but also offered helpful advice. And she was just lovely to chat with! I will definitely be retuning and highly recommend this dental office for care of your pearly whites 🦷
From the moment you walk into the bright, cheerful office of Pacifica Dental you feel welcome. They have dedicated underground parking spaces and the view from their top floor balcony is lovely! The staff are all very friendly and the dentist and hygenists were very good at explaining everything that they're doing. They also have the latest technology so that you can really get a good close up look at your teeth! If you're looking for a new dentist, check them out.
I am sad to say that I had a really bad experience at this dental office! Having been to a new dentist recently I am astonished by how I was treated under Pacifica's care. Just over a year ago I had 1 of my wisdom teeth extracted and was not given gauze afterwards which led to an excessive amount of bleeding and me calling the ambulance! Also they scheduled my extraction appointment 2 times and the 1st time on a weekend which I had to change my work schedule for and organize a ride because I do not drive and when I got there they said there had been a mistake in their schedule and my appointment did not exist! This was incredibly frustrating! Dr Coca also repeatedly told me I needed gum grafting surgery, but upon seeing a new dentist they said that it is not necessary at all, and with proper care can be avoided!!
Amazing, come here for my cleanings and Nina is always a delight! She makes things quick and easy while also giving the best tips on how to take care of your teeth, it's so great to see her :) Inviting space with great mountain/Victoria views
Choosing Pacifica dental for my dental needs was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout my visits. Dr. Bogdan is the best dentist I have ever had. He takes time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly explain any procedures or treatments, putting you at ease every step of the way. I highly recommend hygienist Nina for anyone seeking exceptional dental care!
