HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE. It's a SCAM. I ordered flowers for a colleague who lost someone in her family, back in August. Received confirmation email that the order was received and also received confirmation of order dropped off after a few days. Recently, I had a conversation with colleague regarding the flowers and she was very surprised. She did not receive any flowers. Since the past few weeks, I have called the florist multiple times, left couple voicemails and even emailed them but have received no response so far. It's been over a month now. I've been cheated out of the money.
Update edit- As I mentioned in my review above, I did reach out to the owner several times which includes leaving multiple voicemails and sending an email. They've been radio silent so far except their irrelevant response on this review.

Awful experience Feb 14th ..online order over $207. Waited an hour and a half in store to pick up. How is this owner in business? So rude . The arrangement was not at all what was asked for ..grocery store flowers look better. Never again. Be warned.

When the Easter bouquet was delivered and the recipients were not home, they did not bother to call the number provided or bring to a neighbour's house, they simply left the flowers at the front door to wilt overnight. Very disappointing considering the $15 delivery charge to an address 5 minutes away from the shop. Also, perhaps someone with better penmanship could be assigned to sign the card. I guess it ended up matching the sad bouquet in the end. Sadly, they also did not respond to my follow up email to remedy the situation. Therefore, I do not recommend this florist.

What I ordered and paid $100 for (on the left) and what was delivered (on the right). The only substitution was to be different coloured roses...as she did not have orange. Its a nice bouquet, something I would pick up at the grocery store not what I expect from a Florist. When I confronted her she was very very rude and started yelling at me, twice I asked her to stop yelling. She then accused me of wanting my money back to which I said no but a reduction would be nice and was told I was not getting one. Told me to go and ask for it back and they could have a store credit...really. As she started yelling at me again I did hang up. If she had been more open and honest with me and said she could not do that arrangement I could have chosen a different one.
Total lack of professionalism and very poor customer service.

I was not trying to look good, I was merely wishing family a Happy New Year and wanting to put a trying year in the rear view mirror. It wasn't last minute, I ordered it with lots of time. If you couldn't handle the business you should have closed down your ordering/selling process. I'm not sure why you would ever think that you need to tell me to go elsewhere next time I need flowers delivered. You are more out of touch than I thought. I will never use your shop again and I suspect/hope all the other people that got ripped off will stay away too. I ordered flowers on the same day for my niece in Vancouver from a different shop and all went well. They provided a fabulous arrangement. It was exactly as I thought it would be and it was delivered with no drama. I have a question that I would like to put out there. Here on Google you have very few stars, a very poor rating, but the Testimonials on your web sight are all 5 stars - I wonder how that happens. I did also put a comment there, however it isn't being shown. I don't usually leave feedback good or bad, but I just had to warn your future customers about your awful customer service and and lack of pride in your work..
I was trying to wish my brother and his wife happy new year with some pretty flowers (first picture is what I ordered and was expecting, or something comparable), the second picture is what was delivered. I am not happy, they told me the same thing they told other customers, "bring it back and they'll replace it for the same amount of $$ spent". Why not send the right stuff out the first time? I am ordering from Ontario, a gift for my brother, they said to have him make an appointment to return it. I'm not going to ask the person I sent the flowers to, to do that. Just absolutely unbelievable. Sounds like this is the way they stay in business. Deliver substandard product and expect no one to go back for a replacement. Stay away from these guys, don't waste your time and money. Not worth one star, but have to give them one so I can post. I'm sad that I got cheated and embarrassed about the stupid looking arrangement that was delivered.
