Whenever I am in Victoria and in need of flowers, I always go see Erin at her location in Sands Funeral Chapel in Quadra Street. She always has fresh flowers and a smile on her face. I have known Erin for many years and she always provides the highest level of customer service. Would highly recommend this flower shop.

The one on the left is what I ordered for my daughter the one the right is what she received. She thought they were pretty but to me they don’t look at all the same which to me was disappointing since I ordered those ones because her Favorite Color is purple. I also ordered for same day delivery but the driver misplaced the address and the shop was closed by the time they realized. I was told they would be delivered in the morning and didn’t arrive until after lunch. Thankfully the Macrons I ordered with the flowers my daughter says were delicious.

The best flower shop in Victoria. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Every time I've been here they've made amazing arrangements after just a couple questions, and the prices are really reasonable.

I ordered flowers for delivery for Mother's day and total cost was almost $100 with delivery and tax which is fine. I was however disappointed because I felt that the flowers I ordered on the website did not even come close to what was received. The flowers were pretty - but what was sent should not have cost that much.
The left "Grace" was what was advertised - the right is what was delivered.
