I have been going to this clinic for almost 40 years (since circa 1979) and I have never had a bad experience with any of the dentists here. The staff are friendly and Dr. Kean is the most easy-going dentist I've ever met.They do not try to sell you services you do not need. I've recommended this clinic to several friends and I've never heard any complaints. Top notch!
There are no words to describe how amazing the people at Poplar dental are. I am so grateful for them and will never be able to fully thank them for the help they provided me during a very difficult time (completely unrelated to dental work may I add). I was leaving a very difficult situation when I coincidentally had an apt at poplar dental. Not only did they listen to me and empathize with my situation but they actually brain stormed ways they could help and support me. They let me use their computer, phone, drink their coffee and eat their food. It doesn’t sound life changing but it was. What I accomplished using their devices of which I didn’t have access to allowed me the freedom to leave that situation and gain safety. This certainly was in no one’s job description. It wasn’t one or two of them it was every staff member. Furthermore, even before this incident occurred they always went above and beyond. They do far more than what is expected of them and never have I ever encountered such an exceptional team. I stumbled upon them and boy am I ever glad I did.
