Bought a beautiful teak record player stand which was delivered at a very reasonable cost to Winnipeg. It was crated up and packaged in a way that made it impossible to damage. It arrived with no issues and there were no surprises in the condition, excellent customer service. Don’t be afraid have your favourite item shipped!
Purchased a set of 6 dining chairs from Pray for Modern. They were shipped across Canada and arrived at my high rise with no issues. They were wrapped carefully and boxed up with plywood. William, the owner, was very helpful answering all my questions, explaining where they came from, their condition, how shipping would work and took an extra video for me to review. These chairs have fabric cord seats and he had them removed, dry cleaned, and re-corded. I was looking for a set of Moller 78s in rosewood for a while, and have spoken to William about looking for this model, months prior. He is very knowledgable and passionate about modern furniture; I am sure I will shop here again.
We bought a wall unit from Will. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He sourced some custom-made brackets for us and came personally to install it. The value for money was very good. The attention to detail and responsiveness to any concern was outstanding. He problem-solved along the way and did his very best to make sure we were completly staisfied. He clearly loves his work and it really shows. Highly recommended.
We bought an absolutely beautiful couch. I have no doubts about the outstanding quality. When the owner and colleagues came to deliver the couch, it was rushed and the floor and walls were decently damaged. When I texted the owner about this, he denied this to occur, and left with the final messages "Well, do you have any cameras in the house?" Professionalism and responsibility of damages could be improved.
