We were very pleased with the entire process of getting a new roof. When we contacted Paul to request a quote, he came to the house, took some measurements, answered our many questions and showed us samples of the roofing materials used by his company. The actual roofing was completed quickly and efficiently, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the nails and leftover materials. We would highly recommend P.W. After a long wait, they have now reached out and have sent someone to repair the issues. I appreciate their decision to honour their warranty and make this situation right, so I’ve improved the rating to reflect our current overall experience. The workers are very nice and we are grateful for their hard work. Our roof began leaking less than a year after they installed it. We had them come back to take another look and even their own workers admitted it was done incorrectly. They refused to honour their warranty whatsoever and the owner was so rude that my mother was crying. Complete scam and overall horrible experience. Save yourselves and go with a different company.
