Last year our strata took on the large undertaking of having our balconies renewed. After looking at several options we hired RDH to manage all aspects of this large project. One of the features that made RDH attractive to us was the Construction Management approach. This approach offered much better control and choice of the trades. RDH also has some trusted contractors in its pool of tender choices and we benefitted from those contacts. Owners often commented on the quality of the work and the workers. We have actually since hired Argo Metalworks and Rautenbach Homes for another project. Both of these contractors impressed us with the quality of their workmanship and their work ethic while they worked on our balconies. In addition, we had a project superintendent on the site every day, overseeing all the work, liaising with council daily, always available for questions, advice as well as coordinating all the trades. He was key to the success of this project, as his communication with owners and council, and overall expertise made everything flow smoothly throughout. Thank you Mike! The engineers and construction manager also did regular site reviews to make sure every aspect of every component was perfect. The whole team at RDH were fantastic to work with. We were guided through this whole process with easy to understand language so that we always knew what to expect, no surprises. When deficiencies were identified during the project, they were discussed with council and fixed. We know that the work was done to the highest standard and owners expressed their appreciation for the quality of workmanship that they could observe on a daily basis. Taking on a large project can be very daunting for a strata council, we are volunteers and laymen. Having RDH manage such a job gives everyone the sense of comfort that everything will be done correctly and to an exacting standard. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at RDH.

RDH has worked with our Royal Pines Strata Council for over three years in the design and implementation of a substantial building remediation project of $1.75 million. We are a 31-unit townhouse complex on Marsett Place, comprised of eight buildings of 2- and 3-level townhomes. RDH provided us with guidance and support throughout the project, from the very beginning of the Building Enclosure Assessment through to the Construction Management process and final completion of the project. RDH managed all details of the project, provided a site supervisor on site every day for the past six months, and coordinated all aspects of the large project scope. Monthly meetings with our council and committee, along with weekly project updates for owners ensured the whole process was a collaborative one. Furthermore, RDH tendered and selected (in concert with our council) contractors who were exceptional in their work. Our Royal Pines council highly recommends RDH in any project under consideration by other strata communities. It has been a sincere pleasure to work with the folks at RDH.
