I really like this store. Lots of variety of quality foodstuffs and polite staff. You could wander the aisles for quite a while just looking at the interesting items.
Their deli in the store makes both hot and cold sandwiches and there is a really good selection.
I ordered a burrito and it was delicious. Ate it outside in the sunshine at their tables on a warm late-October day.

Listen, I’ve had a lot of sandwiches in my day, but nothing could prepare me for the emotional rollercoaster that Sheila, the Rembrandt of Red Barn, sent me on. When I timidly asked for extra cranberry sauce, I thought, Maybe she’ll add a polite spoonful. What I didn’t expect was Sheila to look me dead in the eye, nod like a warrior about to storm the gates, and slather on enough cranberry sauce to solve world peace. This wasn’t just extra—it was EXTRA. Like, if cranberry sauce were a love language, Sheila would be fluent. I almost wept right there in the store. I’ve never felt so seen, so valued, so… well-fed. Sheila doesn’t just make sandwiches; she crafts edible sonnets. She’s the Picasso of paninis, the Shakespeare of subs, the Da Vinci of deli meats. Sheila, you absolute legend—thank you for reminding me that greatness comes in many forms, sometimes between two slices of bread. 11/10. Somebody give this woman a cape.

Forever a fan of their deli sandwiches 😋
As a grocery store, it's quite expensive though.
They do have a good selection for certain niche items though

Best sandwiches in Victoria. So good for the price and getting double meat is only $2 more! I frequently eat here for lunch. Especially since the gluten free bread is no charge!
