Huge shout out to Derek (Technician) who recently performed an annual servicing. He was not only on-time, courteous, and professional, upon his arrival he moved our empty trash bins from end of driveway up to beside the house! Right there told me this young fellow was "present" and "mindful" and is the reason for a 5-Star review! Also, a shout out to Don, the Service Manager for his speedy responses to my requests. I highly recommend Red/Blue for our heat pump servicing! (Note, we also purchased this heat pump from them two years ago).

I had issues with my heat pump and contacted Red Blue to repair. They were easy to contact and service was prompt. The problem was successfully diagnosed quickly. Derek was my service technician and he sourced the correct part at the best possible price. The pump was repaired in a couple of hours to my total satisfaction. I will be using them in the future. Highly recommend them 5 plus stars!!!!

Red Blue replaced my 30 yr old oil furnace with a new heat pump recently. They removed the old equipment and tank and completed the new install in less than a day. They left the place super clean. The new heat pump is fantastic! Very happy with Red Blue. Would highly recommend!

Red Blue installed a heat pump in my home this summer 2024. I thought all the work was complete but learned that the Victoria City Electrical Permit on this work has a status of Expired and not completed.
Red Blue responded to my concern and remedied the oversight within three days.

After consulting a few companies and obtaining quotes, we ultimately decided to go with RedBlue Heating due to what seemed like a promising start. However, once we reached out to finalize the booking, it became apparent that their customer service leaves much to be desired. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, including two online booking requests through their website and four phone calls (two of which included detailed voicemails), we received no response whatsoever.
Given the lack of follow-through and complete absence of communication, we’ve decided to go with a different company. This experience was frustrating, to say the least, and I would hesitate to recommend RedBlue Heating based on their unreliable responsiveness.
