We had our heat pump installed in 2018 by Refined HVAC Ltd. We had alot of questions for Darryl before we got our heat pump as we were not sure how they worked he was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all our questions. The set up and performance of the system has been awesome and have had no problems since it has been installed. We have been extremely happy with the service we have gotten! Darryl has even delivered the replacement filters when we need them. If we have a question Darryl gets back to us right away.. Can’t say enough about this company if you want reliable service and professional set up give the fellas at Refined HVAC a call.

If you want the kind of service we all hope to receive when we contact a business, this company delivers. We had our heat pump installed two years ago and we love it. The installation was completed in one day and the house and lawn were as neat and clean as could be when they were finished.

I am very impressed with my experience with Refined HVAC. I booked them for maintenance of my heat pump and they showed me how to manage the system for energy efficiency and better heat distribution in my house. They also showed me how to clean the filters and offered to put me in touch with a tech that specializes in the brand of the units in my house if I ever need repairs. I highly recommend Refined!

Our water leak alarm proved humorous when the water went around it instead of through it but Refined HVAC to the rescue! Darryl is amazing to deal with - I learned so much about how heat pumps work, things that could go wrong and also the solution. He was so great with all my questions, and so friendly. I am so impressed with the whole experience! This is the second time we’ve had them out - last time was just as great. Highly recommend - best home service team I’ve ever dealt with, hands down! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
