My mother has been living at Parkwood for over a year, most of it during the pandemic. The staff at Parkwood have done a great job in caring for my Mom and the other resident's during a very difficult time. The staff are friendly, approachable and responsive, and they genuinely care about the residents. I interact with the staff daily, and they have always been very supportive of me.
I believe that Parkwood took all reasonable precautions during the pandemic to keep the staff and residents safe.
It was not an easy decision to have my Mom move into a care home, but it has been a very good experience and I feel my Mom is in the right place, and getting excellent care.

The team at Parkwood Court have done an amazing job in caring for my father since 2018. It is an inviting, comfortable place with cheerful and compassionate staff. The care, support and safety measures put in place were exceptional.
It gave us comfort knowing dad was in such good hands.

My mom lived at Parkwood Court, Victoria for 2-1/2 years until she passed away in early 2021. Not only was she well looked after at Parkwood Court, but the staff cared about her as well and it showed. Some of them were like extended family to her, particularly this past year during the pandemic.
I cannot say enough about the support that was provided to Mom and to our family in her last days. A BIG thank you to all the staff at Parkwood Court for their care of Mom (Kay) these past 2-1/2 years.

Very expensive care facility, my mother was dying of throat cancer, required very little assistance because she could not eat anything substantial. She was mobile but spent most time in her room. Care worker were good. Very little communication from administration. They charged for hair appointments which mun never really wanted. She got a shower once a week, apparently the bath tub was not working. The most annoying item is that in the fine print of the aggrement was that you needed to give one month's notice when leaving which meant that if mum passed in the middle of the month we had to pay another $6600 for a month when no one would have been in the room.

My family and I have been very pleased with the care across the board that my husband has received since arriving at Parkwood Court. Also, I would like to express my personal thanks for the kind welcome I receive when I visit.
