Service above and beyond! These words describe perfectly our experience with Rick Cochrane in helping us search for and find the right home for us in the North Saanich area. As we were moving from the Mainland, Rick gave us needed insight into the communities we were considering. Over three months and several trips to the Island to view homes, he kept us up to date on the market and availability.
