My home received some heat damage when a large hot fire happened directly from behind. Inspections were done, with repairs being necessary. Vincent Cummings was the one that inspected my roof. He was very thorough and provided an excellent report that included detailed information and photos of all areas of my roof. I followed up with a phone call for further explanation. He was patient and helpful answering all my questions. He was very professional yet friendly. Very easy to talk to. I believe my adjuster will now be proceeding with Vincent's recommended repair. I had Roof Rider do a combination membrane/metal roof with a lot of replacement sheeting and all new facia boards. The job was a significant amount of work and not inexpensive, but I am satisfied with the result. There is no doubt my house has risen in value due to the work, but more importantly it just looks great and the workmanship by installers Mark and Leslie is top shelf. Vincent from Roof Riders is a fair man who stands behind his work and product. He is also very accessible for a busy man, and will return your calls and answer any questions or concerns expeditiously with a pleasant and professional attitude. The initial examination was thorough and a venting problem in relation to two bathroom vents and the range hood vent in the attic was noted. Some mold had formed on some of the OSB boards as a result of this improper venting. Vincent's approach was to replace the affected wood, and reroute the vents from their exit points in my soffits to vents in the roof where they belong. I felt Vincent looked well beyond the roof installation to ensure my house was in top shape and free of issues. The roof installation went smoothly and my crew worked very hard and efficiently. His gutter subcontractor was amazing and my new gutters look great. I have lived in this house for 16 years and my bathrooms always took forever to clear after a shower. I just accepted this as normal. With the vents being properly routed I no longer have this problem. My bathrooms are clearing properly now and I was really surprised in the difference this made. I'm sure the mold issues will not reappear due to Vincent's expertise. I highly recommend Roof Rider. They were easy to work with and I felt I was in excellent hands.
Vincent took the time to review the roof inside and out, identified areas of concern, provided a summary and advised that I didn't actually need the roof replaced at this time. I was so grateful for his honesty and integrity and will definitely be using RoofRider and Vincent's crew when the time comes to proceed with the big job.
