We chose Ryan to help us sell our home and assist with the purchase of a second place. We chose him on the basis of his Olympic experience where perseverance, discipline and hard work lead to success the qualities we want in someone selling our home. The home we sold had an unusual lot requiring extra time and effort. Ryan organized 8 open houses and 45 private showings before we found our buyer. In January 2024, we decided to put our condo up for sale. We wanted a young realtor with rave reviews to sell our property, so decided to ask Ryan. It helped that his office was an easy walk from where we lived. From our initial contact, we knew we had made a great choice. Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, caring, senior friendly, serious when required to be and had a great sense of humour. We moved to Victoria in Sept of 2024 and Ryan was our agent. He guided us through the process as we were moving from out of province. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and our experience with him. We found that he is very professional and knowledgeable about the area and different housing options, kind and caring for his clients. He walked us through our purchase with a virtual tour so that we did not have to travel to Victoria to view the property encuring additional travel expenses. We learned early on during our first visit to Victoria to look for homes that Ryan has your best interests in mind and we found that we could completely trust his suggestions, experiences and input.
