We bought our current family home with Sandra and, despite it being our fifth real estate purchase, it was our biggest leap yet and, admittedly, was nerve wracking. Sandra helped me with the purchase of my first home in 2019. I was completely overwhemed, and her honesty and expertise made the process much less stressful and helped me to avoid a few bad decisions. She provided me with a to-do list, checked in regularly, and always responded promptly (even during off-hours). I knew I was in good hands at that point and asking her to help me again with the remote sale of that home in 2024 was a no-brainer. In 2020 Sandra helped me and my partner buy our first home to live in while my partner was studying at the university. She made the process straightforward and stress-free, and provided a really handy checklist for post-moving tasks like changing our address on our IDs. 4 years later, Sandra helped us with our first sale. Once again, she came prepared with step-by-step instructions for making the place viewing-ready, made a beautiful listing, and everything proceeded smoothly and according to our desired schedule. I highly recommend Sandra because in addition to achieving good and timely results in representing/negotiating clients, she goes out of her way to provide clarity and lessen the mental strain of what is usually a very stressful process.
