Can’t thank Save On enough. Richard especially. I wanted to help an elderly woman who had just moved from her home and was preparing for the funeral of her recently deceased husband No DL family coming and no food in the apartment. No other grocery store would deliver party trays. Richard from Save On said he would make sure she got them. Thank you Save On. Thank you Richard

The manager couldn't be bothered to help during a rush because he was "on break"... -1 I felt bad for the one cashier who had to do everything alone.

Pathetic when they won’t slice meat after 7:30 when they close at 9. And they denied me at 7:32 lol. I used to work in a deli and if we had to clean the machine again for a customer , we did it. Useless employees here

The upgraded shopping carts are a good idea but as you can see in the photo, your staff turns a blind eye, is this homeless persons adds one more to his fleet. You charge customers for everything, shop bags and a refundable user fees on the new carts. Kind of a paradox in my opinion, charge the customers and ignore what goes on in you front door. I passed this information and observation on to the assistant manager and he thanked me for my feedback and went on about his business.
