The upgraded shopping carts are a good idea but as you can see in the photo, your staff turns a blind eye, is this homeless persons adds one more to his fleet. You charge customers for everything, shop bags and a refundable user fees on the new carts. Kind of a paradox in my opinion, charge the customers and ignore what goes on in you front door. I passed this information and observation on to the assistant manager and he thanked me for my feedback and went on about his business.

Good supply of fresh produce and grocery items. However some produce was priced higher as well as household staples. The cashiers were all friendly and worked the tills well and quickly. However the lineups grew longer at peak hour....not enough checkout
cashiers. The hot food deli section was lacking their product...empty containers. The frozen products were stocked well. The butter prices were priced higher than other grocery.

The store is organized and fully stocked. Staff are nice. Prices are comparable. This location has bakery, deli, and a pharmacy that offers on-site vaccination.

Rarely do i shop at save on foods. Today was another reason not to. I stopped to buy dessert for coffee. The clerk (female) at the self serve was not helpful, cranky and had an attitude. The self serve checkouts are difficult to use, don’t need the hassle.

Thursday evening at nearly closing time, I had brought my kids in to shop with their own money.
My kids are 4,5, and 11. The kids found some toys they liked left over from Easter, and some ice creams. They were very excited as they had been saving for some time!
We were beyond blessed to land on James' till for check out, James and the lovely young lady assisting him were AMAZING!
James took the time to explain to each of my children the process of their purchase as he rang them through, explained their receipts, EVERYTHING! As one of my kids finished James' helper stood kindly chatting to the kids about what they had found to buy!
When it was my 11 year olds turn James even had some history about the bluenose on the dime to share!
I would return to this grocery store 1000x just to say hello to James and to know there are kind and patient employees there like the lovely lady that assisted (I wish I got your name!)
Thank you to two amazing people, that made my whole families day!
