Where to begin. My last delivery from the SaveOn Foods online service started out with the driver taking my re-usable bin, and not using the paper bags I provided - instead choosing to leave the groceries on the floor outside my door.
Then when I contacted SaveOn about having my bin returned they sent a different driver back at supper time. I thought the driver would just leave my bin and go. That was not the case. The driver was very accusatory and confrontational. I was basically told I should not have my bin, and I was told I could not use my bin. I felt threatened by the drivers tone. And did not see how any of the conversation was necessary. The driver was not going to let the issue go.
I sent in a complaint a few days later, and cancelled all future deliveries from SaveOn Foods. I haven’t had any follow-up other than an email asking me to rate the driver and a refund of my delivery fee.

I'm not sure what to say, I don't like any of their meat, It doesn't come close to the quality of thrifty's meat sometimes they have good sales on but I have bought dairy products there and come home and they're full of mold which I have complained about. Also I had flowers done for a bouquet and it was horrible never do that again. Some of the people who work there are nice and some are not and they are very anxious to get you out of the store we're closing.

While they don’t always have the lemon poppyseed muffins in stock and their prices have increased a lot, customer service at this store has always been very good!
Today I visited the deli to take advantage of a sale and they were out of the salad I wanted but Wen whipped up a fresh batch for me with a smile and other employees were happy to help me find the dressings when I had trouble finding it (hidden behind the chip stand).

Just went in the store to get hamburger meat for shepherd's pie. No meat !! And they want $10 for potatoes and 2.99 for a can of soup. Are you out of your minds??

Besides offering food items you get Lotto center, Pharmacy, flowers, wine & alcohol and off course a speedy check out on self service. If encounter snags an associate will guide you thru. Staff seems keen to volunteer customer service if they notice you having difficulties with their products and polite & courteous.
Shop using flyers as a reference will ensure you get a competitive deal.
A tip if need to use washroom which happens to be near the deli take note that the door even its unlocked has the feeling of "locked" because it's so tight. Knock first to check if it's unoccupied. Than you need more force than normal to tug it open.
