If one of your advisors is helping another colleaque, that is fine. But absolutely tell the waiting client it may be XX minutes for them to be served, versus just saying it will be a few minutes. Ten minutes later, I left to go elsewhere. Poor communication between the advisor and front desk.

I had excellent service during three recent visits.
First was to get insurance to transport a car from Alberta.
The second was to get a temporary permit for that car, but the agent was able to do a transfer of insurance that another broker thought couldn't be done.
Furthermore, the agent (the name on the desk said Amy-I hope this is correct) stayed after she was off to complete the transfer.
Last visit was to add collision and comprehensive and a different agent at the Amy desk compared rates and got me the best price for the coverage I needed.

After 6 phone calls trying to simply renew our home insurance, and involving 3 different family members all of whom were extremely frustrated with the lack of service and support, our last phone call ended with SeaFirst staff telling us that the longer we talked to them about our insurance the less time they had to process it because no one at SeaFirst works beyond 5:00. For our car insurance, we eventually left to another insurance firm who resolved our issue immediately. The service has been so poor that I feel compelled to say something. My experience was excellent at this insurance office. It’s clean and cool inside. I was greeted by the receptionist who was a sweet young lady and then directed over to matt to get my car insurance done. He was very helpful patient and friendly and took the time to explain the importance of each coverage to me. This will be my car insurance place from now on!!
