Waiting for our afternoon tea at the Fairmount Empress, my husband and I stopped to browse the jewelry store. Brandon heard us talking and showed me some rings. We ended up buying a beautiful sapphire eternity band. Brandon was awesome! He thoroughly explained shipping to the states, tax implications and the great rate of exchange. He did not push us to buy anything but just seemed to enjoy talking w us and showing us the beautiful pieces. So happy we browsed the store.

My son and I went two years ago and had such a wonderful experience. I bought a ring and a necklace for myself and a beautiful matching bracelet set for him and I! I recently ordered another piece from them online and it arrived here in Texas safe and sound. They are my preferred jeweler. I wish they were closer!

Stumbled across this gorgeous store. We were not looking for anything specifically, but the range and quality was great, and we decided on a ring which was resized that day and we collected the next. The staff were attentive and very helpful. It was a great experience.

I was looking for an elegant gold tennis bracelet and remembered this store in The Empress hotel. Not only did I find the perfect one, they had it modified for my very tiny wrist. Same day service. I needed that lift and that gift to myself that weekend. Fabulous. Great people.
