I have done ballet barre and pilates classes on and off for years. Justina is so knowledgeable about the body and movement. Since COVID i have been struggling with online classes as i really prefer in person classes. I have been trying out Justina's videos and am so impressed. Honestly it feels like the next best thing to being in an actual class with her!! Her cues are always excellent and her classes always challenging. I am so happy to be able to barre again with Justina, even if i can't be in her wonderful presence.

Justina is amazing! Her instruction in Aging Backwards has moved me and I believe all of us in the group to a healthier place. She has a remarkably deep understanding of how our bodies ought to work, how they typically do not work and what specific things we must do to change. Her instructions and demonstrations on how to move correctly, her knowledge of how muscles and joints work together and her explanations of why we must change are easy to follow, convincing and motivating. I am very grateful for finding Justina and her classes.
The professionalism which she employs in this way is enough to earn her a 6 out of 5 star review, but there is more. In both her online and in-person sessions she carefully monitors each of us, providing person-specific feedback on what we could do to improve as well as what we are doing correctly. I feel like I have a personal health professional working with me every step of the way. Justina challenges us, prods us, encourages us and helps us all find the path to major health, vitality and movement benefits. Everything Justina does is done with a caring manner. She is forthright, helpfully honest, fun and authentic. Justina is all I could hope for in an instructor and so much more.

Studio Fitness Victoria, continues to be my choice of classes for movement, fitness and fun!
Justina uses the "Aging Backwards" and 'Essentrics' values as developed by Miranda Esmond-White and I credit these principles with keeping me moving mindfully and well for the past 5 years.
Recently, Justina is focusing some classes on specific body movements which are important and necessary to maintain mobility and hopefully, prevent, correct/minimize pain. She keeps her eyes on us and offers correction, which I find invaluable!
She constantly encourages us to improve our own body awareness and to adjust when arthritis, or injury is apparent.
My weekly schedule includes three classes with Justina, sometimes more, and I plan to continue with her Studio Fitness for many years ahead!

Justina is a gifted teacher. Creatively mixes both the science and the art of fitness and makes it accessible to all. I've worked with her for 10 years and I'm still experiencing new findings. A recent example - my right glute and hamstring obviously really likes to hang out and simply play along but not really put in active work... now that I can more clearly feel them when they are simply coasting along and actually activate them, it is SO obvious that they like to pretend to be in the game rather than really put out actual effort, particularly if I fail to keep my brain focused on them. That brain focus in SO critical to making actual change. So Justina has had a huge impact during months of zoom teaching.

Justina is a top notch instructor. She really knows her stuff and classes are so dynamic and fun. My body always feels safe and I leave taller everytime! Definitely recommend
