The gallery personnel were very knowledgeable and helpful during our visit there. I picked my art piece and paid for it online. That was fast and easy. My art was package very well and shipped very quickly. Overall the experience was great.

This pandemic has hit us all very hard. With all the stores closed for in-person shopping, many of us had to resort to the use of the Internet and that proved to be very difficult, especially if you were looking for something very special to impress your wife on her birthday. Cue in The Avenue Gallery with their fantastic personnel (I am looking at you, Kathleen and Heather) that is so knowledgeable, helpful and ready to assist you in any way they can. My wife present arrived in perfect condition and super fast. Even though it was a very delicate glass piece whose transportation made me very nervous, it came in so well packaged that nothing happened to it. Did I mention the gift wrapping? Oh yeah, the best I've seen in my life. The way the beautiful bow on top of the gift box was preserved deserves the Nobel Price for ingenuity. Thank you Kathleen and Heather. We shall be forever in your debt. I promise that one day we will come by to visit you and will thank you in person.

So very impressed with the friendliness and speed of service I received from the Avenue Gallery. I ordered a beautiful pendant through their website and very soon after received a warm email thanking me and letting me know about delivery. They generously sped up delivery for me so that I could wear the piece to a special event and indeed it arrived incredibly fast. Amazing art gallery run by wonderful people. I have been there when they have had an artist painting and they even had wine and cheese for the out for anyone who came in to watch. It was such a nice experience seeing such beautiful art being created. The store is filled with gorgeous art that ranges from paintings to handmade jewelry. I highly recommend stopping in if you are ever in Oak Bay.
