The bell apartments have been a great place to live. GMC projects are very good landlords. They practice use great communication, maintain orderly and clean buildings, and very respectful to their tenants. I have lived in the building for over a year and have had a very good experience here. The apartments are newly renovated and equipped with high tech/modern appliances. KITCHENS ARE AWESOME. Clean and refurbished hardwood floors. Walking distance to downtown and the beaches of dallas road.
These apartments are great value for the money in well managed building with a lot of character. Dave and Tony and the rest of the managment staff went out of their way multiple times to lend me a hand while I was living in apt. 309 and they were always fair and understanding. The building is a joy to live in as it has been so recently renovated while still maintaining it's old Victoria charm. Centrally located downtonwn, but still easy to get to uvic, and very secure for the area; a superb spot to call home.
Our first apartment in Victoria couldn't have been better. So stylishly designed and all the appliances are great. We only had one issue was that they didn't allow pets but that was changed to suit our needs and enjoyed having our puppy there for the first 6 months.
I lived in the Bell Apartments for just over two years and loved it. Great management and gorgeous building. Would highly recommend living here, and it is super central in Victoria with everything close by.
I am so glad my wife and I were able to live in Bell! The owners are wonderful and really great people. It was our first apartment in Vic, but we stayed for 2 years and only left when we purchased. Can’t recommend it enough.
