I purchased several refinished items from Fabulous Find - lounge chairs, foot stools, desk chair, side table. They are absolutely beautiful pieces that fit nicely into my condo. The service was second to none. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality mid- century modern pieces.
Rip off. They find this furniture on used victoria for dirt cheap. Turn around and sell it for an obscene amount of money. I had my eye on at least three items on used victoria about 3 years ago. They abruptly disappeared along with every other mid century modern piece. Much to my suprise they showed up again about 2 weeks later for 3 times the price. Seller: "the fabulous find"! Fabulous for whom? The furniture is beautiful and if they didnt charge an arm and a leg I wouldnt care. But come on lets be reasonable, $1200 for one chair when you got the set for $300. Save yourself a fortune. Scan the used websites everyday and buy it before they do. Spend $25 in sand paper and tung oil and you'll have a REAL fabulous find.
Stylish furniture in this cute store. There may not be a million choices, but when you find what you were looking for, you get a great piece. Definitely worth a visit!
