To be honest, I usually have a good experience at any Home Depot, but I had a great experience today at this location thanks to Harold in the appliance department. I was shopping for a new range for my parents and this was my third stop on this mission. I was already getting tired of studying ovens with all the salespeople pitches but Harold was just very pleasant and easy to deal with. He was just very easy going and obviously there to simply answer questions with no agenda to sell me anything, which is always appreciated. From the time I walked into the store, selected an oven and had it processed at the check out took less than half an hour all told, which must be a record for me for buying a major appliance. All in all, it was a great experience dealing with a friendly knowledgeable person, which sadly isn’t very common anymore.
We were able to find mostly everything we needed! And some surprises on sale! We had some questions about insulation boards! Took a min to find a employee, who further got Steve from this department! He was so helpful, informative, and friendly! Had to give him a shout-out for his amazing customer service!
Ordered a Generac Standby 24k Generator easy to do on line with my Apple 🍎 iPhone. Safe and Secure. I went into The Home Depot today December 17 2024 to see where my order was as I felt I may have been phished. Samantha was the first person I asked if I could talk to a Manager. So helpful she listen patiently so I could explain my situation. I couldn’t find my email so she looked it up. She was amazing and made me feel secure that my online order was on its way. Being a touchy feely person I asked if I could hug her. I had many staff wondering why we were and I told her that she made my day Excellent Customer Service. I want to thank the Store Manager Deepa, Cameron, Veronica and Okiki for the wonderful support and services this Home Depot provided. I am a semi-retired with customer service specialist and appreciate great customer service.
Honey, do projects start here. Service is very good for a big box store. The store is very clean too. Found everything I needed quickly. Another tool added to the bunch. Another good experience shopping here. Very impressive customer service. This is why I shop here. More stuff. The Pole saw was purchased last year. It extends from both sides. Has a great reach and power. Drill comes with two batteries.
I was there with my sister and brother in law and family. They picked out a Christmas Tree. It is really nice and the staff was very helpful. I did some shopping around and I must say the staff where very helpful and . It's so nice to go to a place like that and get the kind of service you would expect. Your staff is well trained and helpful no question . Also the ladies at the front tills were very pleasant aswell. Keep up the good work.
