We recently used MPC vacations to book accommodation in Victoria BC. Our original booking was for a two bedroom two bath unit with a balcony. A few days before our arrival we received notice that we had been moved to the Outlook unit at the Juliet. While this unit is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the location is great, it was a downgrade. First, we only had one poorly stocked bathroom. We ran out of TP and no soap. There is no outdoor space with this unit. The dining table only accommodates three people, we are a party of four adults. There are no wine glasses, there were no coffee pods, no instructions on using thermostats or where to take the trash out. The residents of the building are clearly unhappy about short term rentals operating here. A price adjustment had to be requested and as of yet not received. I would not recommend MPC for your accommodation needs.
Amazing building. Building is secure and well looked after. Each floor is secure and requires a fob for that floor. Beautiful views of the city from the roof top with a great area to barbecue On hand care taker is always there to help and keeps building looking good.
The suite we stayed at was top notch! Everything you need, is provided. Beds, TV, AC, washer n dryer, refrig., stove, microwave, dishes, cups, pots and pans, etc.
The Juliet has an amazing location. It's close to grocery stores, liquor stores, 7-eleven, cinema and good restaurants.
