Tom had been recommended to us by a good friend of ours and we could not be more pleased with everything he had done for us! My wife and I had a million questions daily and he was always very quick to answer. Not only was he fast, he is very thoughtful and thorough. I had a terrific experience with Tom as my realtor in my recent townhouse purchase. He was well researched, and I felt comfortable in his assessment of the pros and cons of various neighbourhoods. Tom did an amazing job helping me find and purchase a new investment property. He is really personable and super easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, competent, and confident in what he does. I have worked with a little more than half of a dozen real estate agents in Victoria and Vancouver and none of them compared to Tom. He was fast and responsive from the very first message that I sent to him. The purchase of my condo went so smoothly. He is easy to talk to and gives his honest opinion. I have begun looking for my second investment property and will not use anyone but Tom. He is professional and efficient. He seriously went above and beyond! I very highly recommend him.

Tom is an amazing realtor! He has tons of great, positive energy which translates into all he does. His clients come first, and he possesses a high sense for doing everything ethically. Tom was spot-on with his property valuation (comparative market analysis), and got us a far higher price for our place than we ever thought possible. I was skeptical at first because he came in so far above a previous realtor's estimate, but trusting Tom to go with his research was 100% the right thing to do. He knew his stuff and the proof was in the rapid sale that followed. Tom also listened very carefully to what we wanted in a new house, and showed us places that he knew would be just right for our needs and wasn't shy about saying if he felt that something wasn't right about a place. It was clear from the get-go that we wanted his clients to live in a place that will make them happy for a long time to come. I have no issues whatsoever recommending Tom to anyone looking for a referral to a top-notch realtor. Plus, he's also got Sotheby's, a global powerhouse realty firm standing behind him every step of the way. You can't go wrong with that!
